Wisdom traditions

January 13, 2008 – We met to redefine our focus and our plans through June 2008.

We agreed that we

  1. want to use original texts as our sources for study
  2. will try to keep in mind the question “Where is the wisdom?” in the text or teachings, in order to focus our discussions
  3. will have a facilitator for each meeting, who provides the texts and a focus for our study
  4. would like to have the texts as far ahead of time as possible (requiring advance preparation & communication on the part of the facilitator).
